Service

AskSantaNow provides personalized Santa letters as digital content that can be printed or saved as a PDF. Physical mail is not included unless explicitly stated.

Plans

Basic includes a classic personalized letter and a Nice List certificate delivered by email. Plus adds richer storytelling and enhanced certificate wording. Express adds the most polished priority-style dedication and premium keepsake presentation.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before checkout in EUR or USD. Payments are processed through hosted Stripe or PayPal checkout links. Stripe may show card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Link saved-card checkout depending on the customer's device, browser, country, and saved payment setup.

Delivery

After checkout, the customer can generate the digital dedication from the order details stored in the browser. A support copy of the order may be emailed to AskSantaNow for follow-up.

Refunds

Because the product is personalized digital content, refunds are handled case by case where there is a defect, duplicate payment, or failure to deliver. Contact support@asksantanow.com within 14 days.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive content. AskSantaNow may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules.

Legal details

Full seller identity, registered address, and tax details must be inserted before paid checkout is enabled.
