• Child personalization details such as first name, age, hobbies, proud moments, and optional wish text.
• Technical data such as cookies, consent state, IP address, browser, and security logs.

Why we use the data

• To generate and deliver the personalized Santa letter requested by the customer.
• To process payments through Stripe or PayPal hosted checkout pages.
• To provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Payments

Card, eligible wallet, and saved-card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal hosted checkout pages. Stripe may offer Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Link saved-card checkout where available. AskSantaNow does not store card numbers on this server.

Children's information

Child details are used only to personalize the ordered letter. Avoid entering sensitive health, identity, or school information that is not needed for the letter.

Retention

Order support data is kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
