We deliver personalized Santa letters as digital downloads (PDF). Physical mail is not included unless explicitly stated.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

Refunds

Because letters are personalized digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if there is a defect or failure to deliver. Contact support@asksantanow.com within 14 days.

Acceptable Use

Do not provide content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others’ rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules.

IP & Content

All site content and templates are owned by AskSantaNow. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered letter.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Governing Law

Applicable law and competent courts depend on your place of residence unless mandatory consumer rules state otherwise.
